The moment you arrive you will know you have made great vacation choice. The cottage is located in a serene nature area at the water’s edge. Spend some time cooking up those dishes you have been intending to try out in the newly renovated kitchen. Relax after a day of sunbathing on the double with a glass of wine. You deserve it!
The cottage is located near desirable Port Franks, with the best beaches on Lake Huron, just south of Grand Bend . It features an outdoor shower, double lakefront patios and 5 smart TVs.
White Sands is located right next to Beach Haven Cottage, so if you rent both cottages, you have the capability of having 19 people in your group!
The recent offering of the cottage for rental means that there are still some prime summer weeks available. But don’t tarry, they will fill up fast!

As of February 1, 2023, new regulations for Short Term Rentalsin Lambton County, only allow two people per bedroom,plus a total of two additional people, up to a maximumof 10 people per short-term rental.Keep in mind however that the cottage guest maximum may be set atless than 10 by the owner.Children 12 and under are not included in this calculation.This cottage allows 10 guests maximum, either adults or children at the guests discretion. It also allows an additional guest aged 12 or under past the 10 guest limit. |
NOTES
This cottage rents to families.
HST of 13% is additional and will be added to rent.
Weekly rentals run from Friday to Friday
Long weekends (when available) rent for $1700.
Please note that the rates for holiday rentals may differ.
Security Deposit will be refunded within 28 days of check-out.
